Nina is a prolific writer and a recipient of National Film Award and the Filmare award 2006 for Best Screenplay for ‘Page 3’. She also won the Zee Best Story award 2012. She is also the ex-Editor of Stardust – one of India’s most reputed and widely read film magazines. She has over 5000 published/televised body of work including interviews with International game changers Francois Truffaut, Steven Spielberg, Michelangelo Antonioni, Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Firaz & others.
